The 3 to Tango trio performs a smooth blend of jazz and popular music, covering jazz standards, through to popular artists such as Norah Jones, Katie Melua, KD Lang, Carole King, and Eva Cassidy. The trio has a warm and engaging stage presence, and presents a sophisticated entertainment package. The trio provides great variety, drawing upon all the combinations of voice, piano, guitar, and clarinet, across a range of styles including jazz/blues, popular, and classical if requested. The trio most commonly performs using voice, piano, and guitar.
The trio can play an entire wedding / function, or can offer a mixture of duos and trio across the day. This means there is something to suit guests of all ages and musical tastes. For example, a popular choice for a wedding, is Clarinet and Guitar for the ceremony, then the full Trio during pre-dinner drinks and the reception.
